  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (boneless skinless, four 4 oz pieces)

  • 1/2 cup marsala wine
  • 1 1/4 cups reduced sodium beef broth (divided)

    It turned out really well and was super easy to make. I added more mushrooms as 1 cup seemed like too little for the sauce. I cooked them separately and then added them when I added the wine and broth. Thumbs up!

    This is perfect! My family loved it and didn’t realize it was a WW recipe. I did add a diced onion and some extra salt and pepper. The points on the website are wrong, though. It’s only 2 points on blue or purple plan. I guess 5 points must be for green? Served over whole wheat farfalle which is 0 points on my purple plan.

    I thought it was decent. Family liked it. But maybe it needed a little more wine than the recipe called for. Will try again and see what happens.

    Decent recipe! Chicken ended up a bit uneven due to different thicknesses. I'd add another veggie side dish along with a grain. Otherwise, flavor is good!

    Loved it! One of my new favorites!
    This was the best chicken marsala dish I've ever had in a restaurant or have made myself, and I cut the recipe in half as it was just for me and my best friend. I'll have to modify the recipe to be made without the chicken so I have a delicious beefy mushroom gravy.

    My whole husband and kids raved about this dish. I added some red onion and garlic before I put the mushrooms in. Chicken was very tender and flavorful. Served with garlic zoodles.

    I have been on weight watchers for almost 5 weeks lost 15 plus pounds this is soooo good felt like I was splurging! Awesome will make again family was happy.
