1st time I have made this. It made me look like a great cook to all my friends. I couldn't take any credit for making it. I would totally recommend this recipe to anyone who is looking for something that's extremely delicious.

Awesome Dish! We used all bone in chicken thighs. No capers in the house so I doubled the olives, also no prunes so I substituted golden raisins. This is the second time we have made this in the Covid stay at home period, truly amazing and so easy!

Not my first time making it so I knew it would be delicious! I use boneless, skinless thighs and breasts. I also use both prunes and seedless golden raisins. My last adjustment is that I only use about half the amount of brown sugar. My friends LOVED it!
As my side I make baked orzo with vermouth and chicken stock, and a simple salad with lettuce, tomato and olive oil/fresh lemon dressing.

Having to add/replace a couple ingredients, I was very happy with this recipe, and certainly would make it again.

Amazing recipe! I used red wine instead of white and it worked wonderfully. Loved this dish!
