- chicken (Precooked frozen seasoned cut)
- mango (diced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. red onion (minced)
- 1 pinch thyme (dry ground)
- salt and ground black pepper

Directions
- Combine the lettuce with the chicken and mango.
- Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, onion, thyme, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Pour over the salad and toss. Serve.
