Turned out great, I guess for my preference and the noodles I used it would be better to use the soy sauce to break the noodles apart rather than water.
I added cashews because I love my stir-fry with nuts included and substituted the sherry with a German rum I had available.

It wasn’t to bad, I probably wouldn’t make it again. The flavour was quite bland and mainly tasted like soy sauce.

Awesome recipe and so easy to make! I just used dry udon noodles, which worked perfectly. Can’t wait to make this again and again!
