    Very tasty, tough I used white wine after the vegetables where ready.
    Delicious! I added a tsp of hot chili when caramelizing the onions in butter

    This has been a family favorite for a while now! I did make some changes along the way, I use apple cider vinegar instead of the balsamic and add a bit of chilli sauce towards the end of the cooking process. I also stir in some chopped cilantro leaves. Yum!

    Simple, but good. I did things pretty much as the recipe asked. I'd cut the onions up a lot more, and spend more time sweating them down and caramelizing them for a bit more crispness and flavour.
