- 2 brown onions (one quartered and another chopped)
- 8 cloves garlic
- 1 piece fresh ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. corriander (ground)
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder (use 1/4 teaspoon if you're extra sensitive to spicy food)
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (or coconut cream from a can)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- fresh cilantro (for topping)

Very bland recipe. Will not suit those who like rich or strong flavours. Definitely not a korma taste or like an authentic korma. Will suit those who like a mild and non spicy meal.

Was pretty nice, would make it again but try and add a bit more coconut flavour.

Wasn’t 100% authentic tasting but still enjoyable. Next time I will try adding more coconut cream and less stock.
