    Next time I will add more veggies (we enjoyed them more than the chicken). I did add broccoli but will also add mushrooms. I think instead of chicken I will try shrimp. Sauce was good but could use some more. This could bring recipe to 4 or 5***

    Was very tasty. Added fresh slice mushrooms and doubled the sauce ingredients so there was enough sauce to pour over rice. Used fresh juice from oranges (it took 3 to get half cup). Doubled the cashews (raw unsalted) and sprinkled sesame seeds on top.
