Really good recipe! Definitely make sure to tenderize the steak with a mallet and don't fry in too much oil. This was my first time frying anything, so I learned a bit. I let my oil get too hot and had too much in the pan. Luckily everyone still loved the steaks. I think I was just being hard in myself :)
