- 1/4 cup shallots (finely chopped, or onions)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 pinch cayenne
- salt
- pepper
- parsley (optional)
- Optional: Ground pepper and parsley for garnish (optional)

It was the best recipe I’ve tried. I’m a Texan and I know good CFS. The gravy is important and I’ve found if you skip the flour and add a roasted chicken gravy pack to the shallots after sautéing them in butter along with some water works very well

I did not have any corn starch so just used flower. It turn out pretty good but very messy!!
