I used coco aminos in place of the soy sauce and used a beef/turkey mixture for the protein. Great Recipe🤙🏾

Love the directions, this has to be outstanding. I’ve a great deal of experience with Chinese food, but seldom observe everything thing cook does. Needed some pointers. Outstanding & I love her enthusiasm!

Made this twice, the first time with just regular soy sauce and it was good but too salty.
The second time with light and dark soy sauce and it was perfect.
