    Excellent recipe! I used a rotisserie chicken including the juice from the chicken. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. Awesome! Will definitely make again and again!

    We didn’t end up using all the chicken, there was a ton left over. This recipe was a big hit with my family! Will always choose this recipe for chicken fried rice.

    Loved this!! It was so easy and I loved the one pot experience. I used rotisserie chicken I already had and just chopped it up and marinated it for a short time during my prep in some teriyaki sauce.

    I used 2 cups of uncooked rice 1.5 lb breast 12 oz peas and carrots and only 4 teaspoons of soysauce ended up fine

    Amazing! I've made this three times for my family and they LOVE it. The only differences I've made is 1. Make a bigger batch and 2. I shred the chicken in the crockpot or I ladle some of the teriyaki juice over the shredded chicken before I add it to the dish
