- 3 cups rice (leftover, grains separated, use wet fingers)
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce (or 1 teaspoon fish sauce)

Can’t stop plating up, it’s so good! I always cook the rice in chicken stock. It makes it even better!

Made extra rice and put some garlic in it once everything was in the pan. Added some extra soy sauce as well and it came out amazing! Definitely making this again!

the rice was on the sticky side but overall a good taste, and easy to make.

Turned out awesome! I added carrots and water chestnuts. Some of the kids even went for second. I made a mess cooking...but worth it.
