Delicious I used a little less butter. Served it with roasted asparagus and pearl couscous

used 6 smaller breasts and could easily half the sauce. used bottled lemon juice and it was good. used wine but could easily use chicken stock. so good!!

I Must have done something wrong
took so long for sauce to thicken but once it did the taste was delicious.

These were nice & crispy without the deep-frying (which is what my boys like; ages 12 & 14). I used Costco chicken tenderloins so avoided the pounding. I did the sauce on half of the chicken, (as my boys prefer ranch/bbq) - definitely too much lemon so go easy. You can cook these up and keep warm in a 300 degree oven. Thumbs up! Parents get the sauce, and kids get the crispy tenders (kind of eye-balled sauce ingredients, but it is a good sauce!)

I think it’s too much lemon so if you just gradually add lemon to the sauce you’ll be happier

It was great. My wife thought it was too lemony with 1/4 cup of lemon juice but I liked it a lot

It is a fairly easy and very tasty recipe. This is the second time I made it and I measured the 1/4 cup of lemon juice instead of just using two lemons as I did the first time I made it. My lemons were pretty big and two yielded about 1/3 of a cup of juice which is too lemony for my taste.

Delicious - would def make this again but double the recipe for the sauce so when we put it over pasta there's plenty to spare
