It was tasty and pretty easy. My only problem was the sauce didn’t thicken enough. We have enough for another dinner so I’ll make a slurry to thicken the remaining sauce.

We liked this one. I didn’t make any changes and thought it was very good. Will make again but will try with rice instead of noodles.
