quick dish with a great taste! always nice to make an alfredo sauce from scratch but reduce the amount of parmesean if you want to be able to rest comfortably afterward - takes rich and creamy to a new level.

It was okay but the sauce was a bit intense. Could do with using less Parmesan or use cheddar instead maybe.

It came out great! One of the best things that I’ve made in a long time. I didn’t have enough Parmesan cheese so I only used about a half cup.

This was delicious but I added some chicken broth and used penne instead of gnocchi. I also added mushrooms and a small shallot. I hate it when people change recipes and post it but otherwise it's just heavy cream... It needed lightened up a little.
