- 100 grams peanuts (soaked in hot boiling water for 2 to 3 hours, or overnight. Discard soaking water)

- 8 dates (dried red)

- 1 carrot (cut into chunks)
- water (about 2.3 litres, or use enough to submerge all the ingredients)

Best soup I’ve ever made and eaten!! It’s 12:58am and I just finished the soup and tasted it and it was worth staying up late. Whom ever thought of this soup, I could Kiss you. The dates add a very good flavor to it!!
