Kind of bland, but I like to try recipe as written first. When we make it again, I will definitely add a little more kick to it!

It was tasty! I made it without the rice for a lower carb dish. Still very good! Hit the spot.

Turned out great! Didn’t have everything for the recipe, so I modified it a little. Replaced the black beans with pinto beans, and didn’t use the cilantro or lime juice. I would definitely make this again.

My family loved it!! I did however make some substitutions. I substitute the cut up chunks of chicken for ground chicken; brown rice for quinoa; and the 1 tsp chili powder for 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. It had just enough heat to it. I added 1/4 tsp tumeric. I’m definitly going to make this again.
