I have made this with both chicken and with minced beef and can say it has gone down a treat. I serve it with garlic herb or chees me bread.
Did it with chicken for friends too during lockdown.
Leftovers are great to reheat at work.

Really enjoyed it a new favourite! Used mild fajita seasoning and had enough spice that everyone enjoyed it !
