Winner, winner, chicken dinner! Suggestions: have everything cut up in bowls to create an assembly line with everyone putting in the amounts of each item, to their liking; make part of the salsa without cucumbers and cilantro, serve with sour cream and shredded cotija cheese options, another addition might be steak sliced thin or black/pinto beans. Hit the spot!
