- 2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning (recommended: Tony Chachere’s)
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Louisiana Hot Sauce (to taste, recommended: Crystal)

This was tasty and not too difficult. It really was better as leftovers. It made a lot!
