- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded, I recommend using a rotisserie chicken for extra flavor.)

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz. diced green chilies
- 1 cup enchilada sauce (green chile, optional)

OMG. So easy, used my leftover turkey breast, prepared it and let it sit overnite in fridge. (This allowed the tortillas to absorb some of the sauce) After baking, they looked something like puff pastries...really light and fluffy. (And absolutely delicious! )
