I made this tonight, the taste is fantastic. I like cooking the chicken in the tomato broth, it makes it much easier to put together. I wouldn't even bother frying the breast beforehand if you're in a hurry or don't want the mess. You can stew it in the tomato broth til cooked through and then shred. Will make this one again.
