This recipe turned out really well, I took off one star because I wasnt a fan of the taste however my boyfriend loved it and ate most of the pan in one night.

This is a very very yummy recipe, but we always seem to run short on the filling to fill up 24 small corn tortillas when the recipe is doubled.

They turned out delicious. My son was the one who told me about your recipe. I had one problem, my corn shells fell all to pieces. I had enough mixture left to fill up some flour shells. They were both excellent! Thank you!

Super tasty. Shredding the chicken takes a bit of time but they are conpletely worth it. The cheese and chilies in the enchiladas were incredible.
Be sure to use some good salsa cause I didn't and it detracted a bit from the flavour

"The best enchiladas I've ever had." - my husband. I made my own enchilada sauce (dead simple) recipe from Dont Waste The Crumbs.

This is my go to chicken enchilada recipe. Each time I’ve made it it has been a hit and everyone enjoys it!

It only made enough filling for 9 tortillas so I had to make up a cheese filling for the last three tortillas. I also would prefer more enchilada sauce, but other than that, the filling mixture was good!

Really good! I cooked the chicken in my instant pot to save time, and added fresh jalapeños instead of the canned chiles.

Well, not sure why exactly but my family wasn’t a big fan. It may have been the enchilada sauce I used because no one seemed to complain about the filling. I’ll make another go at it using another sauce at a later time. Maybe you could share which sauce you use?

I really just tried this out of curiosity, as I am not fond of corn tortillas. It was so delicious that I've been making it twice a month ever since! The only thing that I changed from the recipe was using dried cilantro instead of fresh--basically because I hate cutting cilantro. Still a great recipe.

Really good! I used mild enchilada sauce and chiles as my husband isn't a big spice guy and he loved it.
