I really just tried this out of curiosity, as I am not fond of corn tortillas. It was so delicious that I've been making it twice a month ever since! The only thing that I changed from the recipe was using dried cilantro instead of fresh--basically because I hate cutting cilantro. Still a great recipe.

Really good! I used mild enchilada sauce and chiles as my husband isn't a big spice guy and he loved it.

This was awesome, However I did add a bit more seasoning when cooking the chicken. A chopped onion, tsp of minced garlic and Tbl chili powder to add a bit of zing and more flavor!

really great recipe! i should've read the instructions BEFORE cooking so i knew to leave out some enchilada sauce, but really that should've been common sense on my part haha. we did add sliced black olives to it though, if you do this i recommend not adding salt to the mixture.

Great. Be careful that your sauce isn’t too salty. If it is, reduce salt elsewhere.

Super easy to make and it was a hit around the dinner table! I didn’t pre-bake the tortillas, I used them the way they were but I did coat them in oil before rolling. Will make again.

Turned out decent. I skipped the step of putting the tortillas in the oven. It didn’t change the outcome. Needed more enchallida sauce, little dry. I added Jalepeno’s to the top.

I had to make a few changes as they were a bit bland. I added Red Pepper, Scallions, and Verde. I also had to put them under broiler to crisp them up. They were not as crispy as I would of liked but it was good.
