    Flavors were great but store bought corn tortillas were terrible in this recipe. Basically they turn to mush. Will try again with flour tortillas. They may hold up better.

    Very tasty, kind of soggy. I would use maybe 20oz of the tomato’s instead and more chicken.

    it was really good, the texture was a bit off, next time I will try using a little less enchilada sauce but other then that my family loved it! We will make this again

    Delicious!!!! My only complaint was the prep time. It was a last minute weekday meal and it took a little longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait!
