It was good. My 1st experience with corn tortillas. I found them to be a bit of a pain. It was better the next day. I will make them. I think they'll be better with beef.

Flavors were great but store bought corn tortillas were terrible in this recipe. Basically they turn to mush. Will try again with flour tortillas. They may hold up better.

Very tasty, kind of soggy. I would use maybe 20oz of the tomato’s instead and more chicken.

Amazing! The kids loved it and we used regular corn tortillas and no green onions for the toppings

I used green chile enchilada sauce and it was sooo good! I’m adding this to my list of favorite recipes.

it was really good, the texture was a bit off, next time I will try using a little less enchilada sauce but other then that my family loved it! We will make this again

Delicious!!!! My only complaint was the prep time. It was a last minute weekday meal and it took a little longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait!
