Super good flavor. Would recommend topping with some fresh cilantro, a touch of lime juice, and avocado.

Really good. I thought it was a tiny bit loose but it could have been the juice from the chickrn yhe second time when I joined it with the sauce. I will make it again.

So good!! I've made this recipe countless times!! The only thing I do differently is I use chicken tenders. I use a mixture of Mexican seasoning and rub it on the tenders and grill them, then shred them up and follow the recipe accordingly. It's very delicious, it was just lacking some more seasoning.

Yum yum yum thank you for this recipe. Hubby couldn't stop eating it. I served it with a pineapple salsa which balanced the richness. Will definitely be making this again.

My mother and sister in law popped up while I was cooking this, and there was more than enough to share! It came out great, they loved it! I cut up chicken tenderloins, covered them in seasonings, and let them marinate for a while before cooking. After pulling everything out of the oven I let everyone top their enchilada with queso blanco! Yumm😋

This is delicious! As somebody has already mentioned, I loved the enchilada sauce recipe as well but I too found both to be a little bland so I did add a little more seasoning and a little cayenne for slight kick. I also boiled and shredded my chicken breast. I used a little less than double the cheese because I wanted some inside each enchilada as well as plenty on top! This was overall very easy and could definitely be done without the recipe next time!

This is a very good base recipe. Especially the link here to enchilada sauce. But I've tweaked both recipe ingredients a bit as I found it a little too bland. Also I just boil chicken fillets 10-15 minutes, let cool & then shred myself with 2 forks

So great!! Using the rotisserie chicken was such a great idea! And the cream cheese was a perfect touch! Definitely going on the favorite list!
