    Yummy! I used leftovers from a leftover roast chicken. I had enough for four of us plus two more servings for tomorrow night’s dinner. We served with a dollop of sour cream.

    This was awesome. Down home comfort food at its best. Didn't have cream corn. I used my own cornbread recipe and layered the black beans and a can of whole kernel corn in between along with the chicken and cheese. It was great.
