It turned out ok, like everyone said very saucey. I added a lot more chicken but still lots of liquid. Which was ok because I made yellow rice and that help absorbed the extra liquid from the plates. Overall very tasty!

There is something off about this recipe. It calls for way too much enchilada sauce and sour cream. I tried cooking longer but it was still just too saucy.

Easy dinner with few ingredients. Would add more chicken next time. Will make again

This may be obvious to experienced cooks, but this recipe expects you to have at least a 3qt baking dish. I had to work some magic to get the recipe to fit in 2qt (no sour cream, reduce amount of beans and sauce)

Our family loves this recipe. I use the easy homemade enchilada sauce I found on Yummly. We make these in small baking dishes so everyone can choose what they want in their casserole. Flour or corn tortillas, beans/no beans. My husband and I like to add peppers and onions to ours. It’s so easy and versatile.

Very good, impressed with the flavor and how simple it was to make. If you don’t like a little spice back off on the chili powder Try using just three tablespoons instead of adding the fourth.

Was good, although some people in my house wish it was a little more spicy. Other than that it turned out good.

It was amazing. my husband said restaurant quality. the only thing I changed because I had a can was I used Rotel tomatoes with chillies. I had no other chillies so was the easy way of using them. I put them over top of the Tortillas and then the Enchailada sauce topped with lots of cheese. will def make again.

Family likes it. I usually have the ingredients so it’s an easy choice when time is tight or no one can decide what to eat.

Too spicy for us and also wayyy too much enchilada sauce. We even cooked it longer. It wasn't disgusting but it's not a recipe we will make again.
