Absolutely delicious, I did however use less onion and slightly less vinegar. I had personally never cooked with a heavy amount of vinegar before, and if you never have either, just a warning that the vinegar smell is super super super strong, especially in a tiny kitchen. Definitely want to make again, being more prepared for the vinegar.

The drumsticks turned out great, succulent. It doesn’t need salt indeed. I’d use less onions, though
