  • 2 tablespoons curry
  • 1 tablespoon saffron
  • 1 tablespoon cumin (powdered)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper (powdered)
  • 200 grams tomato (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 400 grams coconut milk
  • 1 greek yogurt
  • chicken stock (to taste)
  • 200 grams spinach leaves (no stems)

    Directions

    1. Heat a large frying pan with 1 tbsp. peanut oil, and add the chicken.

    Turned out great, very flavorful...used fresh ingredients that made such a difference! Have tried a few other recipies and this one was most like my go to take-out place. We have this as one of our regular meal nights.

    The chicken in this 4 star recipe was very juicy and had just a bit of kick to it. The greek yogurt gave a sour taste to it that makes my mouth water. This recipe will be my main course at many dinners.
