This turned out lovely. It reminded me of the kind of Indian food you eat at restaurants

2nd time: Made this for our Indian night for Diane and Jerry - used 1 big chicken breast (1.7 lbs) and 2 big red potatoes. They LOVED it (took the remnants home). :)
1st time: I used too much coconut milk, but the spices were really superb.

Excellent! Added extra potatoes and cut the chicken into bite size pieces, put into pita bread with yogurt. It was divine!

Made this exactly as specified in recipe and thought it outstanding. Was even better the next day. It has a fair amount of sauce, which could easily accommodate additional vegetables. If you are looking for flavor without heat, use a mild curry spice and this dish will be right up your alley.

Great taste and easy to follow instructions. I definitely recommend this to beginner cooks. I added chili to this and used Trader Joe's curry powder (part of their Spices of the World line) and it tasted delicious!

It turned out good. I used ghee instead of olive oil and added green bell peppers. I ended up adding more seasoning that instructed. It had a good taste without adding extra but I love really seasoned food so I added extra.

This recipe is really good! I did add my own take to it but still followed it as a guideline. I added red bell peppers, carrots, celery along with red potatoes. For extra flavor, I used ghee and olive oil together to brown the chicken, garlic and onions and i also used a table spoon of powered chicken bullion with full fat coconut milk as it was simmering down to bring out more chicken flavor.

I didn't follow the recipe to the "t" but it provided a good guideline. I used full fat coconut milk, honey, added yellow bell pepper, and omitted the cilantro. It was delicious!
