It was amazing, I added quartered petite white potatoes and made it more creamy with sour cream and cheese (what my wife usually likes lol). I will definitely make more in the future

It turned out very good. I also added zucchini and carrots, red curry paste, coriander, cumin, tumeric, and yellow curry powder. salt and pepper
