- 15 oz. butter beans (small or large, either kind is okay or Great Northerns)
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (I use the lower sodium one)
- 4 chicken breasts boneless (skinless, I use them frozen, right out of the freezer, you can use fresh too)
- 16 oz. frozen corn (optional-I prefer not to use corn myself)
