  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (Large, the thicker the better, cut in 1/2 length wise)
  • 14 slices deli ham (Of Thick Cut, don’t skimp on quality here, you’ll want quality cuts!)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (or, go ahead and make your own homemade!)
  • 16 slices swiss cheese (sliced thin)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour (we used a basic all purpose flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon (we use the refrigerated fresh, you can substitute 1 crushed cube)
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard (or slightly less for those with sensitive palettes)

    Yum is right . Recipe was perfect. I just didn’t have the mustard so i used just 2 mustard seeds it was very good .

    It was my husband's 1st time having this and he loved. It was easy to make, I ended up purchasing the parmesan sause instead of making it.
