Turned out delicious. I added a sprinkle of onion powder, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, thyme and oregano.

I should have known from the ingredients, but this was not a very flavorful gumbo. Thank god I added some pickled jalapeños (homemade, just happened to have around) because otherwise this would have been pretty bland. It was easy to make though.
