- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. tomato purée
- 5 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar (or clear)
- 1 tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 handful coriander leaves (fresh, cilantro, chopped, optional)
