Think this should be called chilaquiles casserole since it has very little in common with authentic chilaquiles. The flavor is spot on though. It was delicious and will tame that craving for chilaquiles. I cooked and shredded the chicken myself on a baking sheet so I could season the chicken how I wanted. I used salt, pepper, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, & paprika. Plus, used 2 different cheeses instead of one. (Included monterey jack.) This is now in our regular rotation!

Loved it, we also put the chicken mixture on fries in place of chili. It was great

This was a GREAT dish that the whole family, ages 3 to 68, enjoyed. It has become a regular in my meal planning.

Super easy & super tasty. Used rotisserie chicken instead & worked just as well. Note: don’t feel obligated to use all your tortilla chips, it can dry out the dish with limited filling.

I made this dish once, and I'm making it again tonight. I'm using twice as much chicken as it calls for, as mine was a little lacking last time. the taste though!? Amazing!

This recipe turned out great! I followed it to a tee and it came out looking tasty, and I love the taste. While it was baking, the smell was kinda bad but who cares, it tastes amazing!!! If ur feeling a Mexican dinner or some nachos, use this recipe!

I actually had a lot of fun with this dish. I actually replaced the regular corn chips with a fiery nacho corn chip. The red colored chips added a layer of color that raised its presentation level. I will make this again.

It tasted like the smart ones enchilada dish. Would rather have the dish with fewer calories, less fat and less work if I had to choose between the 2
