    This was a very delicious meal. I we be making it a lot

    Delicious! The capers really make this meal. I used my enameled cast iron dutch oven and popped it in the oven at 375 degrees for 1.5 hours after re-adding the chicken.

    was good but the sauce was a bit thin. suggest sdding some tomatoe paise before adding red wine!
