This was so good! The magic sauce made it extra special (Think of Cane’s or In and Out burger’s sauces to get the idea of what it adds). I substituted hominy for the corn and it was delicious I would have cooked it 2-3 minutes longer since my rice was slightly undercooked but I still loved it!
