This meal was quick easy and an awesome way to start myself off in meal prepping! For anyone looking to learn how to meal prep this is awesome for a beginner! (I also used chicken breast strips to make it easier to cut them into bite size pieces)

My go-to chicken stir-fry. I use 3x the garlic and chopped fresh ginger. I also wait until the dish is almost done to add the corn starch to the sauce.
