Well-written recipe. Easy to follow. Simple ingredients and nice flavor. My only variations were to marinade the chicken and I went with Texmati rice instead of brown.

I added a very ripe avocado and some red pepper. I am learner cook and even my wife enjoyed it. Yum

This was a really great meal, the whole family loved it! I did season the chicken with some salt and pepper. I will definitely make this again soon!

My kids loved it and so did I. It was tender and sorta creamy. Will definitely do again. I had to cook the onion and garlic for less than 5 minutes because it was burning, but it still tasted great
