- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I use a Mexican blend because it is always on hand here)

Really good! Super easy to make! I seasoned the chicken a lot more than I normally would because it is the only seasoning in the recipe. I also saved the juices after the chicken was done to add more flavor, turned out amazing!! Will definitely make again!
