  • 1 tablespoon water (for cooking broccoli in skillet)
  • 3 green onions (chopped for serving)
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (I use the bottled kind)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame seed oil (very little amount, but necessary for the flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (necessary for thickening)
  • 2 packages ramen noodles
