- 1 head broccoli (cut into small pieces, about 3 cups total)
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 tsp. season salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 3 cups grated cheese (I used a mixture of sharp cheddar, parmesan & a garlic cheddar from Trader Joes)
- 1 cup chicken (shredded, I used the leftovers of a rotisserie chicken)
- 1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1 pinch kosher salt
