- 2 bay leaves (Dried)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 cardamom pods (optional)
- 1 Knorr Chicken Stock Cubes (dissolved in a little boiling water, or 1 KNORR Chicken Stock Pot)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh coriander (Cilantro, chopped)

- 5/16 English cucumber (grated and squeezed dry with paper towel)
