- salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (either from the jar of sun-dried tomatoes, or just use olive oil)
- paprika (just a little bit)
- 2 chicken breasts (large, halved horizontally, about 2 lb)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp. basil (if using dry basil, if using fresh basil you can add more)
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (at least, add more to taste)

Turned out great! I used a cast iron skillet. I also put a little bit less cream but this does make it a little more runny. If you’re ok with that, I think it tastes great

It turned out all right. I don’t like how the heavy cream curdled. I wish it tasted more tomatoey.
