A lovely dish as promised! Used sun dried tomatoes instead of peppers and added peas to the sauce and served over egg noodles. Loved it and will make again.

My sauce was a bit too thick. Next time I will cook the noodles separate instead of adding them to the sauce. The chicken was amazing.
