- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup cilantro (bunched)
- 1/4 cup mint
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. kitchen king masala (or Garam Masala)
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- salt (as needed, remember we are using soy sauce already, so go easy on the salt)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee
- canela (a 2 inch long stick broken into smaller pieces)
- 4 cloves
- 4 green cardamom pods (crushed a little)
- 2 star anise (crushed a little)
- 1 tsp. mace
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 2 red onion
- 2 Tbsp. ginger
- 3/4 green chillies (slit in half lengthwise)
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp. Garam Masala
- 2 tomatoes
- salt (as needed)
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 3 1/2 cups water
- salt (as needed)
- 1/2 tsp. ghee
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 inch cubed bread (from about 5-6 slices of bread, crust removed)
- oil (to deep fry)
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. cashew nuts
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped finely)
