Pretty good! Definitely a stew, hardly any liquid left once finished. Could use more spices... will make again with some added spices.

Delicious but I used chicken thighs instead of breast. Barley takes quite a while to fully cook, so give yourself enough time. Will definitely make again. Also, I browned the chicken and then simmered it to let it fully cook instead of fully cooking it in the beginning.
