Really tasty! I could do less tomatoes. I put one can of diced tomatoes... I’d probably prefer one fresh, medium tomato. Less tomato and extra avocado and cilantro for me 😋

To be honest I can’t decide if I care for it or not. It’s ok. Easy enough to make. Used rotisserie chicken for the cup of chicken. Not a lot of heat from the jalapeño and doesn’t need a lot of lime.
