I love this recipe. Very easy, tasty and nutritious. I tried it with chicken breast in place of thighs and made a bechamel sauce instead of cream. It's delicious and adaptable.

I started making this meal a year or two ago and it’s always a hit with guests. It’s rich and a real winter warmer. Getting the chicken skin crispy first is key! I serve it with mashed potatoes, crusty bread and a good red wine.

Hi, made this tonight foe a change from usual meals. It was easy to follow with easily obtained ingredients. I reduced the quantity just being my Husband and myself but it was spot on. Added garlic and a whole lemon zest which I was glad I did. I did use parsley but I would prefer Coriander next time for flavour. Over all mellow flavours but a pleasant chance from strong flavours too. Very comforting winter meal. Enjoyed sliced crusty bread alongside with boiled rice. I would definitely make again so staying on my ‘Yumed’ list!

It was ok, easy to make but we felt it needed a stronger flavour. I will definitely make it again but tweak the recipe a bit. Definitely more herbs next time..

This was a lovely dish, I used low fat creme fraiche which worked really well and added some more water later as the sauce reduced a lot when cooking on the hob. Will definitely make again

Great! I loved how tender the chicken was. The leek got a little too soft so next time I'd probably cook it for less time. I added spinach at the end and it went really well with it, served over cous cous.

I found the directions easy to follow. I swapped the cream with sour cream, just because I had some in the fridge, and the finished casserole was delicious.
